What we do with the information you send us through this website.
This notice explains how Woollard collects and uses personal information submitted through this website.
Who we are
“Woollard” means Woollard Agricultural Services T/AS WAS Ltd, which operates this website and is the data controller for any information you send us. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 08130984.
Registered office: 18 Hyde Gardens, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4PT. Our trading address is Carters Corner, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 4HX, which is where to visit or write to us.

What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, telephone number and email address you provide, together with anything you choose to write in the message field. Nothing else is collected through the form.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. Our website analytics are cookie-free and do not identify individual visitors.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to someone who has approached us about a potential job. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, we rely on performance of that contract.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you have not asked for, or sell your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf and neither uses your information for their own purposes. Your enquiry is not copied into any customer database or other system — it stays in our email. We do not otherwise share your details, except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 6 years from our last contact with you. This reflects the period during which a claim could be brought in connection with work we have quoted for or carried out. After that, records are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to our using it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it while a question is resolved.
To exercise any of these, email admin@woollardltd.co.uk or write to us at the address above. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page.
